My eyeglass lenses have started to delaminate so there is a white streak at both the top and bottom. Optician at doctor's office says guarantee is one year, but I purchased the glasses approx 1 1/2 years ago.I charged the glasses on my Amex card which gives me an additional year of warranty IF I CAN SUPPLY A COPY OF THE GUARANTEE IN WRITING AND A PROPER STATEMENT THAT THE GLASSES CANNOT BE REPAIRED. The doctor and/or optician in his office refuses to give me a copy of the guarantee soI can't file a claim with Amex.
