Review: The driveway is falling apart within the first 3 month of work completed. They do not answer or return phone calls. There is a 1 year warranty, but that does not mean anything to them. They got their money and never return to fix the driveway. The driveway need to be replace. I would like my $2000 back, plus the extra money it is going to cost me to fix their problem the right way.Desired Settlement: They should be out of business. It's a shame that they have all the equipment and then do should a terrible job.

Review: Jeffery Paving agreed to pave and seal our farm drive way for $9000.00. They did pave it and seal part of it. At this point they did get rained out. Promising to return and finish the next sunny day [redacted] " my 85 year old father paid them". Big mistake we know, but my father is a very trusting man. It has been more than 60 days and we have called more then 10 times, trying to get the job finished. The driveway is coming apart and washing away with every rain because it was never sealed. Using recycled asphalt it must be sealed to keep it in place. Simply asking to have the job finished as agreed. It is a mess and my father is very upset and embarrassed for being taken. [redacted] will not pick up his phone when we call and the 800 numbers painted on trucks have been disconnected.Desired Settlement: Job finished as agreed or refund so we can get someone else to do it.

Yes we know, we have been trying to call him for last 60+ days. Earlier he would return calls, but now goes to a full mail box. Assuming he sees our number on caller ID. The number and address is from his buisness card. We have no other contact numbers. Did you mail anything to the address provided? Did you call more than once?

We now assume that we have lost our money. Is there any legal action you or I can take besides a law suit? Is this a crimanl offence? Can we called law inforcement? Not sure how to proceed.

He promised and we agreed to pave and seal our farm drive way. He also said he would garauntee the work and come back and repair if we ever have problem. They did do all the paveing and 50 percent of the sealing. Promised to return the next sunny day to finished sealing. At this point he talked my 85 year old father into paying him "we both know this was our mistake but we are farmers and used to trusting people". He went directly to our bank and cashed the $9000 check. The bank called to OK the check. My father did.

The unfinshed part has a totally diferent look and is like lose gravel that washes away when it rains. It must be sealed with what he says is a special sealer designed for the recycled material they put down. They now need to repair the washed out areas also.

This company failed to complete the agreed contract and they know it.

If nothing else you must warn other consumers of their actions.

Review: I had my driveway paved on july 20, 2012 by Jeffrey paving. John Jeffrey gave me a year warranty on the driveway. I contacted John in June 2013 and told him I had pot holes and the driveway was crumbling apart. He told me not to worry he would make good on it even if it was after the year warranty. I called him again in July and he told me he couldnt get here because all the rain but he would fix it. Then in August I called him again after not hearing from him and he dont answer or return my voice messages. I then called a professional sealer at A1 sealcoating on August 23 2013 and he told me the driveway is junk and I was ripped off. He told me to call the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want my driveway repaired or my $6250.00 refunded to me.

[redacted] stopped at our house after he finished a driveway down the road and asked if we wanted to get ours done. We talked to him for a long time about it. My girlfriend and I asked him about roller blade'n and basketball. He said we would be able to do anything you can do on blacktop. He even took me down the road to see the work he just did. It looked really good so we decided to do it. He said he would give us a one year warranty and told us he just went and patched up a driveway that formed a dip. At first our driveway looked really good but within about 2 months the edges started falling apart and a few spots in the middle started crumbling. We wanted to see how it would hold up to the winter before we contacted [redacted]. Once spring came around the driveway looked pretty bad. I called [redacted] at the end of May, three times in June, and twice in July. In May he said he was going to come and take a look at it within a few weeks and said he was going to hold up to the one year warranty. He never came. Then in June he said he was real busy but he would come fix it when he was in the area. Every other time I have called him he did not answer. One of the numbers he left me is no longer in service and the other numbers voice mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. Since I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with [redacted], I thought I would get an estimate to get it sealed. Right when the guy got out of his truck he told us that the entire driveway is crap and there is nothing we can do to fix it. He mentioned first contacting the Revdex.com and then filing a claim against the guy.
