Jeffrey Robert Salon & Spa, Inc.

On June 11, 2013, I visited this hair salon for a hair cut, which was done by stylist named [redacted]. I was extremely unsatisfied with the cut, as it appeared as if parts of it had not been cut correctly. I notified the salon and stated that I was unsatisfied and was told someone would get back to me, which they did not. I proceeded to have another stylist look at my hair at a different salon and she agreed that there was something wrong with my hair and I had to have it fixed, which she did, but unfortunately, I now have hair that is a lot shorter than I ever would have wanted, but it was the only way to make it somewhat "normal" looking. After yet another email to Jeffrey Robert Salon, [redacted] finally called back and asked what the concerns were so that she could get "feedback". I had the stylist who corrected my hair write up what was wrong with the cut and I sent [redacted] the feed back and stated that I was disheartened to be out the money I paid for the cut with her, plus on top of it, had to pay another stylist money to fix it. I never heard back. I emailed several more times with no response. I called and was told "she'll get back to you". She never got back to me. I emailed again and was told [redacted] was now on vacation, but would get back to me the following week. She never got back to me. Finally, I spoke to someone and questioned all of this. They stated I could get a refund of the $37. I've called and emailed to follow up seeing that I now have the charges on the credit card. Again, no one can be bothered to email or call me back. I feel that this in unacceptable and no way to run an establishment. I did receive a gift certificate for $37, but called the salon and asked if I could use this for something else in the salon because I would not want my hair cut at this establishment again.
