I have been in business for more than years and never had such an issue with a customer Our biggest quality is customer satisfaction and quality workmanship I have been in touch with Mrs [redacted] via e-mail and occasionally cell phone but seems e-mail works better Last response from [redacted] was over a month ago When we talked last she was demanding edging which I had explained that the local supplier is out of stock until the spring because its the end of season and they do not re stock I was able to track some down off cape and am willing to have it shipped or pick up From day [redacted] has been persistent on installation and services be performed in a matter of her way The customer is always right no matter what and I have been going along with what she wanted from the start As a professional, my team and I advised that excess of stone dust and no finish grade stone or shell to hold stone dust in place would not be a good idea She insisted it be done In my quote I had stated - 5" would be necessary in areas NEEDED There were many other tasks had been added on or changed and I had no problem with getting them done for her at no extra cost BOTTOM LINE is customer satisfaction I would rather not pick out customers faults nor mine As a result from all this confusion she has tried to put a bad name out for my business I just want to make things right with The ***s as I told her from the start I wish she would return my e-mails or calls so we can come to a FAIR resolution and get the job done to where I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of as well as the customer Best,

My complaint was filed on 5/14/after numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach Jeffrey Williams this springPlease note that my initial contact with Jeffrey Williams regarding fence repair was on 11/03/2014, long before winter started.Finally on 5/31/Jeffrey Williams replied with promise to perform repairs following week.Since no action was taken by his company for more than two weeks, I hired different vendor to perform repairs and would like Jeffrey Williams to reimburse me for the cost of repairs which was $

Customer has agreed with me that this was a mis-understanding on both parties and we have reached a resolution to make things right and move forward I have a written and signed receipt that I have returned $and the remaining shortly after Thanks*** ***

Problem has been resolved and customer has been issued a COMPLETE refund.  I spoke with [redacted] and he has advised me that we have settled and he is working on removing this complaint where it is no longer needed.   When first agreement was made I was not aware that [redacted] was going to be out of town and not able to be reached.  When he returned and we connected the further issues were resolved in a prompt manner.   Sometimes problems occur and the reason why I have always carried and A+ rating is because I stand by my word and strive on customer satisfaction!

I am glad the fence has been repaired.  However we strive for 100% satisfaction and feel in this situation we did not meet that expectation.  We will issue a check for the amount the repairs cost and would like to move forward.

I have been in touch with [redacted] and have gone to site to see damage.  Fence has been tampered with by other contractors during construction of new landscape after my fence was installed.  Fence began to get worse from this horrible winter we had, as well as many other fences in the...

surrounding areas.  We here at Jeffrey Williams Landscaping strive for customer satisfaction.  Even though we may not be at fault we have been a 100% cooperative.  [redacted] is on the schedule for repair and has been notified.   I am assuming he contacted Revdex.com in frustration due to no phone call back.  When [redacted] called I was with my family on vacation.  When I returned home, I called [redacted] and emailed him to reassure that his fence will be repaired at no cost.

the response was that he did not refund the full amount and I did not know whether to reject it in its entirety or to wait to see if the remaining $550 was to arrive.  I was out of town and could not check my email or mail delivery and the case was closed on me before I could respond.  I will open another case if you do not re open this.
