Purchased extended warranty, need service, but Jeffrey's is out of business nowI imagine Jeffrey's did their extended warranty through a 3rd party, but now they are out of business so I don't know which 3rd party to call for the service of my whirlpool washing machine.Desired SettlementJust want my appliance repaired under the extended warranty I already purchasedBusiness Response We mailed a letter to all customers in September of 2012 with instruction on how to handle extended warranty needs after we closed. you are on the list that was mailed to. We will email you another copy of the same letter

Purchased an extended warranty on 2 appliances. I am having an issue and since they have gone out of business I do not know who to contact.Purchased 4 appliances, 2 of which have an extended warranty. I need to contact the service provider for that warranty but since Jeffreys has gone out of business I do not know who to contact. You may submit requests for service via email to [redacted] or via fax at [redacted]. You were mailed a 4 page contract with the 800# and a contract # beginning with WEB. This # is at the top of the contract. Your receipt will indicate your purchase of the warrantyIf you purchased your Service contract after November 1, 2008, you will serviced by [redacted] . Please call [redacted] No contracts are given out for these. Your receipt will indicate your purchase of the warranty. You may have received a flyer with the warranty company contact info at the time of purchase. Your home # or # on your sales receipt is the # they will have in their system.If you purchased in October or November of 2008 and one company does not show you with a warranty, try the other company. There was some overlapping of companies due to the date when the exact switch was made.Please note the above info is only in reference to full service warranties that you may have purchased and have nothing to do with the 10 Year Major Component Warranty that you may have been given at the time of purchase. ASC send a small white post card 30-90 days after purchase giving you your warranty #. You must have that # off the post card for the 10 Year Major Warranty.Consumer Response I am very happy with the quick response, both from Revdex.com and the company that had gone out of business.Final Consumer Response
