There are a lot of inaccuracies in regards to this client's complaint.  All pricing was gone over with the customer prior to even scheduling the service, maintenance plans were offered based on a service frequency of monthly, every other month or quarterly, we also offered a higher priced...

option for just a single treatment.  The pricing agreed on was for an every other month service. We price our service based on the square footage of the client's home, why she would assume that meant we spray the perimeter of the entire property I can't imagine, our focus is always on keeping pests out of the home. Which includes spraying the perimeter of the home but certainly not the perimeter of the entire property. As far as your interaction with our technician it doesn't reflect what happened at all.  As far as her interactions with the technician she was rude and condescending but most importantly dismissive of paying the price for a single treatment with no further contractual agreements.  When an agreement could not be reached the technician justly thought it best to walk away without charging for his time or performing a service the client would not be happy with.

In short, the matter was resolved on 2/9.  Hearts Pest Management last serviced this customer in December.   On 2/9, the customer paid for the December service and for a cancellation fee equal to the amount of one service.   When we begin a maintenance agreement, we do not charge an...

"initial fee."  Many companies do this to insure profitability up front and because there is more work in the beginning.   We do not create this barrier to forming new client relationships.  But in exchange, we have clear statements on our maintenance form, that there is a cancellation fee equal to just one maintenance service visit, if the customer does not stay for a year.   In this case, the customer had just two service visits and than stopped service.  I believe the customer moved.

Review: Jeff's Auto Glass replaced windshield with after market glass, car was only 2 months old.The heat element in the replaced glass wasn't working right, it didn't melt the ice off windshield wiper blades. Had it checked at Subaru and it was the connection. Called Jeff's, they sent techs out.They reconnected connection. After using car a couple times in bad weather, ice was still not melting off wiper blades. Called Jeff's and left message. 1 1/2 weeks later, techs called that they were coming to replace windshield. I wasn't called in advance to let me know and I wasn't home, so windshield wasn't replaced at that time. I called the next day, I asked if I could get OEM glass since they were replacing it, I would pay difference. They agreed. They came, replaced with OEM Subaru glass and I paid the invoice. A few days later I realized they charged me for labor and moulding. I called and spoke with the owner, Jeff. He stated several times that they didn't charge me for labor and moulding. I insisted that they did, I'm looking at invoice, and they shouldn't have. He admitted he didn't look at invoice! I called back a month later to see if he looked and he still didn't and insisted they didn't charge me. A month later I called back and he admitted they did charge me, but wasn't going to refund the money because I requested the replacement glass. I tried to explain to him that his techs called me that they were coming out to replace the glass because it was defective. I wanted OEM and was willing to pay the difference between OEM and after market glass, but since they were going to replace the defective glass anyway I shouldn't have to pay labor and moulding charges. He told me that he was "done with me." and that I requested that the glass be replaced and I would have to pay labor and moulding charges.Desired Settlement: I just want the refund of the labor and moulding charges.Labor - $75.Moulding - $25Tax - $7Total amount $107.00
