failed renovation to her Bathroom A. Toilet not flushing B. Leaking pipes, vanity,shower floor,and bathtub. After approx. 2 weeks Ms. [redacted] called. Ms. [redacted] informed she had been out of her house approx. 3-4 months because of the work. informed Ms. [redacted] was currently on another job that I would take a look. Upon arriving found that indeed knew Ms. [redacted] along with Ms. [redacted] was her neighbor only know as [redacted]. We joked about how she wanted me to do the job but I was busy. Upon inspecting the problem I told Ms. [redacted] I could have her in her house the next day. After unclogging the toilet ms. [redacted] began to request for me to finish the project informed Ms. [redacted]Could only give her weekends until my job was completedWe began to plan and work, with a few mistakes made on my part (agreeing in verbal major parts of the job. A. at the rate was charging she would purchase all materials involved with her project(s) with exception to drywall. As we speak what is left are as noted 1. Priming, Painting Living rm ceilings Living rm walls, upstairs hall, Installing 4 ceiling fans, wall plates through out project, tile work to bathrm. Also not noting in this on Contracts. We also agreed as long as she worked with me everything would be fine as witnessed by her neighbor [redacted] ([redacted]) Please see Contract(s)*Note in contracts you will notice the exclusion of the installation of a pocket door to bathroom which was agreed upon after contract dated 5/2/06 another verbal agreement.I would it to be noted after our agreement went array on Monday July 25,2016 we spoke with Ms. [redacted]'s boyfriend as well as Ms. [redacted]'s daugther all asked for was an apology what I recieved were verbal threats and Complaints from everyone including ABC channel 6.Please note have sent you my orginal copies of which I need for my files I tried to Copy them to no avail please return them.Thank you for your services.Sincerly
