Jeff's Haberdashery

Review: Bought 4 shirts and two pairs of pants from Jeff's Haberdashery for a total of $645.00. Items paid for on July 17, pants promised to be ready on July 25, went to store on Aug 3 to pickup - pants not even sent to seamstress yet, I went to store during week of Aug 5 to pick up pants. When I pulled pants from bag (before I left store) to try on, I found stains on both pairs of pants as if these pants had been worn and stained. I told salesman I wanted my money back for the pants because as I told him when I purchased pants that I needed items for certain date. Salesman called me after that and said the pants would be ready the next day (I think this call was during same week of Aug 5). I repeated that I wanted my money back. Salesman called back later and said he would give my money back. When I went to store on Aug 16th, salesman refused to refund my money and pants were still not back from cleaners. I have tried to resolve this with the company and they refuse to give me my money back for the pants. I bought new pants I did not buy used items from a second hand store.Desired Settlement: I paid $225.00 for the pants and $20.25 tax. I need the total of $245.25 refunded to me.
