Work promise not completed. This person owner of the company came to work on my 2000 Pursuit 30ft boat, billed me over 200 labor hours ($13k or more)sent me a final bill balance but when work was revised for all the hours worked many items billed and paid for are not done correctly or incomplete . When we address the issue in order to take care of final bill he refuses to get the improper work addressed nor to the appropriate walk through of all jobs performed. We have tried calls , emails nothing . he only replies stating he needs payment for the balance of which work was not done, that he will not be finishing or coming to do anything , we advised a report will be filed but his response was it is cheap to change company name. We feel scammed and now we have to repay to another mechanic to complete the repairs already paid to this company.

Finish the job We would like for this Gentlemen to come complete all the work he did not finished and stated in his paid invoices they were all done . If he does agree to this a final walkthrough is required to make sure everything is in a working matter. If items are not completed , nor addressed as per this request the resolution we would like is full reinbursement for all that was not done nor completed .
