Review: Consumer states that they are not satisfied with the circulating water pump as it is not operating correctly. Instead of releasing cold water it releases hot water. The business has been informed of this but has not attempted to fix the issue. They have been called around 6 times and only state that they will be coming out to look at the issue but they never do.Desired Settlement: At this point the consumer believes the business has been given more than enough time to fix the issue or at least attempt to fix it, but they have not. Consumer believes the business should issue a refund for $797.54 as the device installed is not operating correctly. Business guaranteed that they would return all monies paid if they were not able to correct the hot/cold water release issue.

Consumer states that the business has contacted them directly. Business has removed and taken the pump in question. Business also provided consumer with a check for the amount of $794.54. Consumer would like to consider the as matter resolved.
