Jeff's Westside Plumbing

We contacted Jeff's this morning to clear our clogged sewer pipe. They came this afternoon and in less than 2 hours had everything flowing. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use them again.

I received the toilet repair service twice in different time. There was a leak and had to replace bowl gasket My evaluation to Jeff's plumbing was both positive and negative. First, their hour charge was $95. Expensive compared to other plumber and charged more time than their actual working time. It happened both time. The work was fine in the first time (took less than an hour but charged a full hour). In the second time, the work was very slow and took much more time than the first one (charged one hour and 30 minutes to replace two toilet parts). Besides, the water continuously runs after flush. Next day, even it was Saturday, they sent a man to check it out (which was very nice). He said it was a flapper problem. I bought it from [redacted] so it was a new one. He suggested it may be a manufacturing defect. He did not charge anything and left without doing nothing since there was no problem on the labor. Overall, Jeff's is expensive and tend to over-charged in terms of working hour, overall attitude and working skill is acceptable One. one more good thing of Jeff's. They actually came to my house by the time they promised.
