Jeha's Auto Service Center

I dropped my vehicle off at Jeha's Citgo at 8 a.m. on August 8, 2017 to be inspected. The owner of the company, *** asked me for my original registration and my cell phone number, I proceeded to my glove box retrieved the registration and handed it to him. As I wrote my cell phone number down, I asked what time he closed he said 7 p.m. I said I would be there by 6:30 p.m. I arrived back at 6:30 p.m. to find my vehicle still had the same old inspection sticker on it. I walked in and asked if he had not gotten to it today, he says yes I did but it failed 3 times and has an exhaust leak. I asked what it failed for and he would not give me a strait answer, he told me to go drive the car on the highway at 70 miles an hour for 30 min and that should clear the codes that were coming up and as I began to ask him to see the print out of the emissions test he conducted on my vehicle he says to me, O YEA BY THE WAY I ACCIDENTALLY GAVE YOUR REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. What?? I asked if he called the person he said he had no contact info on her that he had to call some company the work was done through to get a hold of her. So when I asked what I was supposed to do about driving my vehicle with an expired inspection sticker and no registration he says to try and stay off the main streets and to only drive were I have to. I thought I was in a twilight zone. I proceeded to ask him if he was going to put an inspection sticker on my vehicle and he says I cant do that it failed with 3 codes, if it were only one or two codes I could turn my head to it but 3 I can not do he says. Can you show me the print out of the emissions test you conducted on my vehicle, I asked him. No he says I do not have it. Go dive your car like I told you and come back and we will run the test again. I said how are you going to run the test without the registration. "EXACTLY" he says to me. I dont know what that was supposed to mean but he then says " ILL GET YOUR REGISTRATION BACK AS SOON AS I CAN". I was very upset and told him I would be waiting on his call. 7 days goes by and NOTHING no call from ***. I call him and he asked me how im doing? I said id be doing a hole lot better if I were not illegly driving around. Have you got my registration. No he says. You need to be patient he says. I believe a week was more than patient we got into an verbal arument and ended the conversation with *** just get my registration back please. He called me back a couple hours later and said he found her and that he sent the *** police to retrieve it and he would call me when he had it and now were on day 9 and nothing. PLEASE HELP ME. I AM A FULL TIME STUDENT AND FATHER OF 3. I SERIOUSLY NEED MY VEHICLE INSPECTED AND MY REGISTRATION BACK
