Jeldwen Windows and Doors

This company is impossible to work with and has no respect for their customers We purchased a home with a Jeldwen door that had a repair appointment prior to our purchase where the wrong materials were brought Since that time (roughly days ago) we have had other appointments with the incorrect materials brought We are now in the process of a FOURTH appointmentThe door is under warranty otherwise we would have gone with someone else The proposed next appointment is a month away It will have gone from July to November to (potentially) get our door fixed Needless to say, I'm ------

Since that time (roughly 45 days ago) we have had 2 other appointments with the incorrect materials brought. We are now in the process of a FOURTH appointment... The door is under warranty otherwise we would have gone with someone else. The proposed next appointment is a month away. It will have gone from July to November to (potentially) get our door fixed.
