Jelly on the belly

Review: I went on 4/16/14 to have my 3D/4D ultra sound. The tech performed the ultra sound for the 30 minutes as per the package below I picked. I was advised at this visit that she was closing the business with this doctors office as they were no longer doing the ultra sounds anymore. I did go home with picture and a DVD. A few weeks later I went to watch the DVD with my mom for mother's day and it was blank! I called back to Jelly on the belly and was advised they were not offering those services anymore. They stated that they would have the tech go back to the ultra sound machine and retrive my info and send me another DVD. I have called many times on this issue. I keep getting the run around. They needed someone to come there and "fix" the machine. They also mentioned they would refund me $10 of the $200 I spent as that was the cost of the DVD. The advised the DVD was a throw in. I had lots of ultra sound pictures prior to this visit. My only reason for going was to get the DVD.Now, 5 months later I am still missing my DVD. I had this done for my first child and wanted to have the same experience for my second child to see years from now. This is an experience that I can not get back. I would like a copy of the video. Apparently they said it can be retirieved. I really can not put a price on the video itself as it was a once in a lifetime event. I am beyond annoyed with the lack of communication and service that they showed me. It's not like I can redo the video.... EVER.
