I am rejecting this response because:
The response from the business contains many inaccuraciesOn July 30th, *** *** from the Health Department stated in an email "I talked to MrH***,
Facility Manager, and he explained the over-loading of the pool facilities, the
problem with fecal contamination in the pool and problems with the chemicals
they use for disinfection and compatibility of use in their disinfection units
All of these factors led to problems with the keeping of the chlorination
levels at needed."
He also wrote "They were reminded that
their pools were part-in-parcel of their campground permit and the need to
adhere to the pool disinfection requirements and the closing of the pools, if
necessary, due to lack of disinfectionI know part of this problem stemmed
from the compatibility problems of their disinfection chemicalsThe other part
by not having their certified pool worker there; nobody was watching for the
over-loading of the pools, which was a major player in the disinfection
problems."
I can share the email in its entirety in case you have any questions about these quotes being misrepresentedAs I have stated before: the pool water was green and cloudy and in no way up to sanitary conditions with algae on the splash padIf Yogi Bear Luray finds these pool conditions optimal, I am really questioning everything about their campgroundI question their commitment to their customers the way they continue to deny any responsibility in children becoming ill at their poolsThe illness is most commonly present in poorly maintained swimming pools, not other environments.
Regards,

To Whom to May Concern:  11/16/15As of right now, the Health Department has not given us any new information. They have not confirmed any issues were caused at our park, and there is no evidence from the department that our pools were unsafe. In addition, there was nothing we could do...

differently to minimize any spread of any sickness at this park or any other attractions in the area.Thank you,The Management Team at Jellystone Park" Luray
