[redacted] Customer Information: [redacted] To whom it may concern:I am writing in regards to a complaint that was filed by [redacted] As [redacted] stated we do have a day cancellation policy on our cabins for any refundDue to the circumstances of her cancellation I told her I would work with her and refund her money if we were able to re rent the cabin The cabin was cancelled and made available online and through our reservations office on July 2nd in hopes of someone re renting the cabin so a refund can be issued I told [redacted] I would call her on July 16th to let her know if we were able to re rent the cabin and would send her an emailed copy of the refund if it was re rented Please let me know if you need any further information and I wish [redacted] a speedy recovery.Sincerely,Shelly S*OwnerJellystone Park of Estes

I just called my credit card company and found out that I was refunded $so I was refunded the majority of the money minus a cancellation charge which is better than nothing .
