Jem Cleaners

Review: I took 3 custom made women's shirts (all with French cuffs), along with 6 pair of ladies' pants, to Jem Cleaners on April 3, 2015 for cleaning and pressing. I realized that he is not the owner. I went to pick my garment yesterday after work. When I got home and examine the shirts, I found pin holes on each of the French cuffs in exactly the same area on each of them and the materials also showed pulled marks/dents. I immediately took the shirts back to Jem and asked where did the pin holes come from. The guy there denied putting any pins through the cuffs. These are new shirts and I certainly did not put the pins through the materials myself. He called the police on me because I was upset and the situation wasn't going anywhere. When the Officer [redacted] arrived, I told my facts and showed him the evidents. The cleaner told his story, which of course he was denying again. Officer [redacted] told him to call the owner, which he did, but no answer. Within minutes, he got a call back. He went outside of the store to talk on the phone and in Korean (which Officer [redacted] and I don't understand). When he returned from the outside, he said he can re-wash and press the shirt again and the pinholes should go away and that if I am still not satisfied, they will refund the amount ($19.50). I asked when the owner will be at the store and was told next morning. Officer [redacted] requested that the owner gives me a call in the morning and I wrote down my cell phone. I never got the call. My son went to pick up the shirts for me this afternoon - same pinholes there, the same guy from yesterday said he re-pressed the shirts. There was no re-washing done. Did not make any refunds. when my son asked when the owner will be at the store, he told him tomorrow morning (that will be April 9).Desired Settlement: Refund of the cleaning charges for the shirts plus the costs for me to get the French cuffs replaced, which I have to ask my shirtmaker.
