only had the floor modelThe customer was contacted the next day and was informed about the situationThe sales representative herself apologized for her mistake and had given the customer the option for a full refund or the option to purchase the floor modelThe customer agreed to purchase the floor model and was given free delivery for the items purchased because of the inconvenienceThe customer wanted to exchange some parts in a later date but that is not our policyitems cannot be exchangedWe let him know that this could not be done and suggested we cancel the purchase insteadWe had apologized numerous times and canceled the purchase before it was processed through SynchronyWe had spoken to Synchrony to question if they could cancel the customer's application with them, but they had said that it could not be doneWe do not have the control to cancel an applicationThe customer is more than welcome to call Synchrony to cancel their line of credit with Synchrony, but we do not know if and how it will affect their FICO scoreWe would advise the customer to speak with Synchrony with further questions regarding their credit lineThey also have the option to use that credit line at other furniture stores that accept the Synchrony Home Design credit cardSent on: 1/10/11:12:PM
