Jem Group ATM

Review: I used this companies ATM in bethpage ny. it processed my transaction 3x but did not dispense the money. It did however deduct the 300 from my bank account. this happened 3 days ago. I have called the number on the machine multiple times a day for three days. no one answers the phone number and there is a generic message with no name or information. I have left detailed info to reach me and received no call back.Desired Settlement: I want to be called back and for the owner of machine to personally refund my money or call my bank to have the transaction immediately reversed so I am not inconvenienced finically another minute! I also want the business voice mail message to be changed giving clear company information to costumer calling with the name of a contact person for machine
