Dear Mr [redacted] : It was not necessary for you to contact the Revdex.com in order to get your application fee refunded All you needed to do was call us and give us your correct mailing address The address you gave on your application was false, as is evidenced by the enclosed copy of an envelope returned to us We attempted to return you the $application fee on 2/14/It was returned to us marked undeliverable as indicated on the enclosed copy We also enclose a copy of the denial letter from the credit agency and a copy of your application with the addressIt is explained in the letter that you were denied because of your credit history, not due to length of employment Our manager does not perform the application screening and we cannot know if you have bad credit unless we run the credit checkIf you told the manager you did not meet credit requirements she could have told you not to waste your time or ours If this letter reaches you, please call the number above and we will send your refund again We regret any inconvenience this has caused Sincerely Management Team JEM Investments, LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would like to state I feel some of the remarks were derogatory. I never lied about my address, I don't know why the mail was returned. I was staying at a Friend's house and I put his address because that was my residence. I never really get mail there but your remarks implied I was lying. We did ask for the application fee and was denied. Had it not been denied a claim would have never been filed. I sincerely hope you will return my money.

We also enclose a copy of the denial letter from the credit agency and a copy of your application with the false address. It is explained in the letter that you were denied because of your credit history, not due to length of employment.
