The business has responded Please see below:Good Afternoon This response is the 2nd response we are giving for complaint Id [redacted] .We have repeatedly tried to have a tutor complete the sessions for his son and had availability now and beforeWe did try to accommodate his hours and he so that's one of the reasons why its been taking longer then normalThe tutor that we did send out to him was not comfortable in the home but we was not aware of that till a few days laterWe have been sending him emails on many occasions to have the sessions.The last email sent out to him was to inform him that the company attorney will be in contact with him.he did speak with the attorney and that's where we left off atWe would like this to get resolved within the next business days Thank YouLance S***

*** time and she was unavailable to speak at the momentOn November *** we spoke to ** *** *** but informed us that we must speak to his Wife *** ***On November *** we got in contact with ** *** and she wanted us to start the sessions on Saturdays but she was not sure at the time of the what week days she will be availableSince then we have started her sessions for her child ***. The business has responded to your rejection.  Please see below:This is for complaint [redacted]. We answered this complaint back on November [redacted] 2015. This is our 2nd response once again Ms [redacted] entered into a purchase agreement to have her son [redacted] to tutoring sessions from Us Reading Solutions Inc. She took out a loan with the fiance company. Her Monthly payments where 450.00 per month. She decided to pay the whole loan in full $1350.00. [redacted] informed us she wanted to hold off till her son comes back from being with the father. Then she called us back to ask if we can give her a laptop instead. We agreed to either do the lessons or receive a brand new laptop. She did not know after awhile what she wanted and became confused. [redacted] paid the fiance company not us. We sent [redacted] or email address multiple times but she never emails us or responds to our emails.   We are available to get started with the services she agreed on. Thank You [redacted]

For complaint id [redacted] signed up for our tutoring program on June [redacted] 2015. She entered into a purchase agreement with the finance company to make monthly payments of $450.00 a month starting July [redacted] 2015 until she was paid up in full. We wanted to start the...

lessons for her son [redacted] but she told us that to hold off because son is going away with father. She decided to pay the whole loan off of 1350.00 to the finance company but she did not have to because she was on a monthly payment plan. Then she asked if she can get a laptop instead we also told her that would be fine. our intentions was to complete the sessions for her child we was ready to do everything. But she was not ready.
