We called JEM after weeks of frustration with another big named "pest company" We had yellow jackets in our home for weeks that were getting sprayed by this other companyThey would spray and it would kill the yellow jackets for a day, then they would come backThe whole weeks of dealing with this other company, my husband and I had asked them to just open the wall and removed the nestThey insisted on trying it this way for a few more weeks which wasted our time and was incredibly uncomfortable as we could not live in our home with yellow jacketsWhen we called JEM, they responded right away with a text message ( NOT someone reading from a script) We spoke with Joel who was super knowledgable and came right out the next day to analyze the situationHe saw that we had yellow jackets and he saw their point of entry and knew what needed to be done to remedy the situationI was unable to answer the phone when he called with his report, but after speaking with him the previous evening about price estimates and possibilities of what might need to be done he went ahead and took apart a few bricks outside of our home to remove the nest in which he found at least combs of yellow jackets within our wall When I came home from work ALL of the yellow jackets were gone, and an invoice was left in our doorHe came back days later to spray dust just in case, and repair our wall The price was the most reasonable of all the companies we had called prior to thisThe customer service was great he adapted to our schedule and our way of handling business as we are both working full time ( text messages)The job was completed and we are yellow jacket-free

Very impressed! Joel was on time, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he needed to do, what our contract covers, and what the preventative maintenance entails. He addressed all our concerns and questions. I will be telling everyone not to waste their time with another company. This is the one to use!

They would spray and it would kill the yellow jackets for a day, then they would come back. The whole 3 weeks of dealing with this other company, my husband and I had asked them to just open the wall and removed the nest.
