Right off, I want to tell you that my experience with JEM Remolding was fantastic. When I needed a drywall contractor, I searched your list and contacted two contractors for bids. Based upon a visit with JEM Remodeling, I selected them based both on their reasonable cost estimate as well as the fact that they would be able to get the drywalling repairs done in one day which was very important to me.

They completed not only the original work -- a water-damaged bathroom ceiling, water damaged family room ceiling and finishing a basement ceiling -- but were able to fix two other areas in the same expert manner.

Mr. [redacted] is a very professional contractor who took exceptional steps to ensure that the work was done in such a way that if I didn't know what had to be done, I would never know that water-damaged ceilings had been repaired. He made sure that during the repair process, dust was minimized, far exceeding my expectations based on previous drywall work that left dust throughout the house. The JEM team took precautions to cover floors and bookcases so that when they left, there was nothing to indicate that the JEM team had ever been in my house. Juan is very personable and was extremely courteous throughout the repairs, ensuring that I was happy with the progress and with the final surfaces.
