The situation has been resolved and the guest re-credited for the amountJema decided to honor the previous restaurant ( [redacted] ***) Gift Certificate as we judged that the guest had not been informed by the previous management that the former Restaurant ( [redacted] ***) was closing it's doors as it did on the 30th of May Therefore the guest was unfairly stripped of his money/gift certificateAgain the situation has been resolved and the guest refunded

on the 30th of May 2016. Therefore the guest was unfairly stripped of his money/gift certificate. Again the situation has been resolved and the guest refunded.
