Review: [redacted] took 21,400 from me via a [redacted] car loan on vin # [redacted] and cashed the check under Consider It Sold. 5 weeks of constant excuses since he cashed my check and no intentions of shipping my car that he assured me was in excellent condition. This guy is a con and a thief. Beware of [redacted] or eBay username [redacted], he will steal your money. I have to obtain a lawyer now and continue to make payments on a car I don't even have. Fraud!!!Desired Settlement: Have him ship the car that I paid for 5 weeks ago that he claimed was in excellent condition.

Review: I bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Jemini Auto Trading on January 26th for $13,300. While loading the Jeep it had mechanical issues. [redacted] from Jemini told me he would fix it and ship it to me.[redacted] was not able to fix the Jeep and told me he would refund my money. Jemini Auto did not refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like Jemini Auto Trading to refund the amount I weird them plus the wire fees. Total of refund $13,340.
