JEMV Construction

The most expensive project to date is fully paid and was supposed to be finished several months ago. Owner is non-responsive, had to call numerous times to get project as far as it is, but he has stopped responding. Trash left everywhere, sod was probably left over from other projects and was laid in small segments over a period of time, rocks don’t match (left over from other jobs?), and main project not yet complete. It’s too bad, he used to do great work.

Review: We contracted JEMV to replace our pool deck. The work on the deck itself was satisfactory at the time but they chipped the coping and initially refused to repair it, making the deck unusable. It was not until we threatened to withhold payment that they repaired the damage that they had done to the coping. One year later, the color on the stamped concrete deck is fading. We called to see what could be done to restore it. I have called numerous times and can only get an answering machine. I have also e-mailed twice with no response. My husband called once, [redacted] (the head ) answered and said he would come by. He never came nor did he call.Desired Settlement: I would like a response from the company.
