I am not satisfied with Joe's response because I never agreed to have aftermarket parts installed on my car.

I just looked through Mr [redacted] file and the ONLY aftermarket part was the headlight witch we had both agreed on putting in his vehicle. I have ALL the [redacted] part receipts stating that ALL the parts used on his vehicle are indeed [redacted] parts. the issues he had were to the best of my...

knowledge ALL addressed and repaired to his satisfaction. he paid the difference for using only [redacted] parts witch were applied to the purchase of said parts. I have all the receipts on file stating this. I will NOT be refunding any money and I have proof as to why I will not. thank you.
