I placed an order for scrub tops and scrub pants (order number [redacted] ) on The order finally shipped on 4/1/Even though I put my correct address on the order, Jen's Scrubs did not ship to the proper address and the order was returned to Jen's Scrubs by the post office because of an "insufficient address"According to [redacted] tracking "Your item was delivered to the front desk or reception area at 11:am on April **, in [redacted] tracking number [redacted] )The business never attempted to re-ship the order back to me with the proper address nor refund the $to me that I paid for the orderI attempted several times to contact this businessNo one ever answers the phoneI left a voice mail for customer service and no one returned my callI also submitted the form on their website to email themNo one ever replied to that eitherI no longer want the scrubs at this point but I would like my money refunded to me

On I placed an order with Jen's Scrubs and payment of $was made on my debit cardAfter many calls with no answer and emails with no reply I have not received my orderI did however receive a call on and the gentleman I spoke with was informed I hadn't received my orderHe said it was mailed but would again sent another order on I have yet to receive any products or refundAfter checking the company out online I have seen where other people have had the same problemMy many calls were only sent to voicemail and have only received that one call backEven my emails have had no reply from them

I placed an order on with Jen's Scrubs onlineMy money was taken out immediately and to this day I still do not have my orderWhen I called to check on my order I only get a voicemailI have left numerous voicemails and have sent two e-mailsI have never received had any responses back from Jen's ScrubsI have noticed reviews on the internet that indicate that many other people are having the same problem Jen's Scrub is still advertising on their Facebook page and their website is still up and running which means they are still taking orders and people's money

I ordered two pairs of scrub pants on I did not receive items by early April so I emailed them inquiring about deliveryI was told items were back ordered until I had not received items by mid May so I emailed againOn 516, I received a response saying the order was canceled and I a refund has been issuedI have yet to receive a refundI have emailed twice since then and have heard nothingMost mail order companies do NOT bill until the product is shipped but they are differentThat is fineI just want my $backI am grateful it is not a large amount of money Thanks for your time [redacted]

Made a couple of orders online and tried to contact the website to cancel these orders, nobody answered the business phone listed on the website (I called around times within a week) and left a voicemail message as instructed with an understanding someone would return my phone call (as stated in the automated message) to which no one ever didI tried emailing the company with the email address given and again, no responseTried [redacted] messaging, again no responseFinally, I filed a dispute with [redacted] , which is the payment method I used, and they sent tracking information for two orders and finally refunded the other order (I placed three total) after no response/return call or emails for over a week- well one order did finally arrive and the other (which is listed under the same tracking number) well now I need to return the one order and need instructions on how to do so properly in order to get my refund and again nobody will contact me back! I ordered Medical scrubs on April [redacted] and April [redacted] from this companyI was told the scrubs were mailed by [redacted] on April [redacted] and never received themI called several times and was told the scrubs would be sent [redacted] day air and be delivered no later than April ***It is now April [redacted] and they never sent me the items, but charged my credit cards for approx $I have tried to call them several times and only get an answering machine- they refuse to call me backI have emailed them several times with no responseI am so upset, this has never happened before

I ordered 2 scrub tops on ***. 4 weeks later my order still shows awaiting fulfillment. I have emailed 6 times to the customer service department with only 1 response stating they had just restocked the black top and would be shipping the order the week of [redacted] however the order is still not filled. I have called customer service 5 times and left messages to be called back but no response has been made.

I ordered $worth of scrubs for work from this company's online website over days ago (March ***) In the beginning stages after initially placing my order it was difficult to get ahold of a customer service rep (CSR) and when they did contact me they asked if I would like to change my order but I am picky about my scrubs and explained that I ONLY WANTED those items or I wanted my money back After this conversation the CSR assured me that the order would come by May *** but it never did I then continuously sent numerous emails and left voicemails for someone to contact me because if they can't get this order to me I WANT A REFUND! Since the 3rd of May I have not gotten any response and this company has my MONEY! Help me PLEASE! What do I do at this point?!?!? What are my options?

After filing the complaint, my order was sent to me against my request to cancel the order in my numerous emails and phone
calls to Jen's ScrubsThe company never contacted me, but just sent the order outI sent back my order, but I have not received a refund for the order and the package has arrived at the refund destinationAnd I still have had no communication back from the company regarding my refund
