My biggest issue is, the constant turnover. I go there every week for acupuncture. Every time, I go there, I see new faces. In 3 years, I have had at least 5 different PC'S. They tout, how the MD'S get to know you. How can that be true, when I only see them a couple times, then they are gone? [redacted] allows for Chiropractic, yet Jen Care refuses to give me a referral. They say, I must get acupuncture, first, which I HAVE been getting. I had every intention of dropping them, this years. However, I was in a bad car crash in Oct. The many treatments I get are right next door to them.

The office staff here in Louisville is totally incompetent. Referrals are impossible to get. They are not truthful in the status of referrals. They do not listen to you on the phone. They place you on hold and hope you hang up. They do not follow through on any requests.

Simply put they are NOT in the customer service mode. We are both moving on to new providers. You should do so as well ASAP.
