Review: On Jenco's web site they advertised a discount of 15% if their website was mentioned. My wife and I both spoke to the company owner about it before we paid our bill. She refused to honor the written statement on the website. We were charged $5,431.35 for RV repairs. The 15% would have amounted to an $814.70 savings. Thus, we should have been charged $4616.65. As it stood the company owners refused to accept a personal check or any credit cards (which they advertised they accepted 5 major cards).
In addition, Jenco Automotive advertised they are a member of the Revdex.com. When Jenco Automotive was searched for on the Revdex.com website no results were found. Again, false advertising by Jenco Automotive.Desired Settlement: 1. Refund of stated amount and a letter of apology from both owners.
2. Action taken by the Revdex.com to prevent further unscrupulous advertising by Jenco Automotive.
