During our years in business we have found it necessary to lock the cabinets of the generators we service If a customer does not want the cabinet locked they can request that it be left unlocked and we will do so We have been servicing ***'s generators like he said for years We have locked the generators after each yearly service After the third service [redacted] called and said the generator at his residence was locked I explained to him why we have been doing that and he said that was fine but would like to get in to the generator I told him that the next time I had a tech in the area I would have him unlock it He said that there was no rush and that would be fine I will mail a key to [redacted] so that he can open his generator
