To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for sending the information regarding Mr*** complaint and offering my company the opportunity to respondI believe in the years of doing business, as far as I am aware, Jenco Services has never been contacted by the Revdex.com before so I welcome the opportunity
to keep our company's reputation for honest and reputable work,as well as our continual quality and care toward our customers intact. The repairs we are responsible for on this customers vehicle and on the invoice it is clearly itemized...we repaired/replaced the yoke, the drive shaft, the u-joint and the center bearing along with one strap set. The axle Mr*** is referring to was was not on the invoice and not replaced by us or part of the repairs we were hired to repair. Mr*** is looking for something free to be fixed at our expense and when asked to show proof of the leak being related to our repairs to the yoke, drive shaft, ujoint, or center bearing, he could not and did not comply With that said, as to the circumstances surrounding this complaint, there are quite a bit of detail left out of the complaint that I find very necessary and pertinent to the conclusion of the situation, all of which were the doing of the *** themselvesWhen Mr*** first contacted Jenco Services regarding this leak, he did in fact speak with ***, my technician of yrs experience in this fieldMr.*** told *** about this leak and demanded that *** drive down from *** *** ** *** ** *** ** in Chesterfield and repair his leak. As *** explained he would be more than willing to not only buy the gasket, meet Mr *** at a neutral location and reimburse him up to gallons in fuel to appease him, Mr*** became irate and threatened ***. The only exchange of words was from Mr*** who's statement was to the effect of " don't let me see you on the side of the road him" as we run a repair shop and a mobile emergency repair, this was taken as a threat to his (***') life, as to say he would run *** over if he did in fact see him working on the side of the road. At this point *** no longer felt comfortable with his safety as Mr*** had just made a threat to his life and I considered strongly calling the state police and filing a complaint to that affect in case something did in fact happen to him while working on the side of the road. *** did make a reasonable effort to appease Mr*** and in doing so would have been going against company policy, as the mobile service is strictly for emergency repair and contracted services only. These policies are my company's right to make and no customer can dictate to me how to run my company no matter how irate they behave on the phone or in person. Needless to say their conversation ended without a resolution. Shortly after, I received a call from Mrs*** who went on to explain to me the events of the conversation between *** and Mr***, of which I was already privy to. I again, offered similar terms however, before I agreed to anything I made it very clear that I did not take threats to my techs life lightly and frankly after that, had really no reason to offer any remedy whatsoever. But, because we were willing to try and work this out, we would be willing to meet them well over half way at exit @ the T/A in a very public place and fix the truckBut that there would be absolutely no way, after the threat her husband made, that I would ever allow *** to go all the way to their home alone at night or any other time, and that was my final decisionI also explained that ***' experience and years in this industry led him to believe it was not an issue for Mr*** to drive the vehicle the miles to Exit otherwise he would not have offered the resolution and after Mr*** complained about money and fuel, *** offered to reimburse him for fuel, which is in no way our responsibility regardless but something we were willing to include to make the customer happy. But there was no making this customer happy. Before any of this was to move forward however, I asked that first, to verify that the leak he was speaking of was in fact the same wheel we actually worked on that they take a picture of the right wheel and text it to meMrs*** had been repeating everything I was saying and in the background I could here Mr*** hollering and yelling at everything Mrs*** was saying This was becoming counterproductive so I told her at that point that I would no longer speak to her and that if Mr*** would like to get on the phone and speak to me directly, than I would be more than willing to speak with him. But this was no longer acceptable and I have tried to remedy the situation and it is clear no matter what I do, you will not be happyHe refused to get on the phone, she refused to stop talking over me and the conversation was going no whereI kindly repeated that I would need a picture of the right side wheel texted to me before we proceeded any further and I could no longer proceed with this conversation since I couldn't speak with Mr*** directly and Mrs*** was not directly involved with the repair or transaction the third party conversation had become completely out of handI then told Mrs***, all the while she is still talking over me with Mr*** going on in the background, I was ending the conversation and goodbyeI hung up at this point. I never received any picture to support this leak and I would need confirmation that the leak he was referring to was in fact coming from the same wheel we actually worked before proceeding forward. After the threat Mr*** made on ***' life, insinuating he would run him over with his tractor and trailer if he were to ever see *** working on the side of the road, I discussed seriously filing a formal complaint with the state police and with Mr*** employer/broker Meadowbrook Inc. This man and his wife seem to have serious anger management issues and although I understand being frustrated after spending money on repairs, Jenco Services doesn't break trucks, we repair them. If the truck were to leak it would have done so prior to the time Mr*** called. He left our shop and drove to Richmond and there was no leak, this was hours later he called and claimed a leak had occurred and was unwilling to provide us with a picture but wanted Jenco Services to drive an hour and minutes away after he threatened my technicians life to fix something we were not even certain was the very same thing we had originally repaired. Mr*** himself, after making threats, had his wife call me, instead of calling me himself and talking to me about his issue with ***, his conversation with ***, the remedy *** offered, instead he had an intermediary do so because he couldn't carry himself professionally and toward the end of our conversation, neither could his wife. Jenco Services made every effort to remedy this situation, but I will not put my technicians in a situation where they do not physically feel safe, and in this case after Mr*** made these threats he should count himself very lucky he was not visited by the state police for the menacing threats he did in fact make. At this point, I do not feel we can come to any type of resolution. Too much time has passed, had the pictures been sent at the time of the request, we could've have still worked something out, but I would never put my tech's in a position where they do not feel safe and it is hard enough to be on the side of the road everyday working of tractor's and trailers without having to worry about trucker's with anger management issues wanting to run you over. Can you imagine being under a truck and hearing the rumble strips because people are texting or not paying attention or just plain stupid. This is a daily occurrence. Perhaps I should've gone with my gut and reported Mr*** and perhaps I might stillI'm not sure someone with these issues really needs to be behind a weapon of this size with the thoughts he has in his mind I am very sorry this couldn't have been worked out for everyone's satisfaction, but it is my solemn belief that the *** have no one but themselves to blame for this particular outcome. If you would like the invoice supporting the repairs please let me know There is nothing on the invoice that shows we replaced a rear axle gasket or are responsible for any leak occurring from it. I would expect that my company's reputation remain intact and not be besmirched by an individual who is obviously trying to extort money from my company and use the Revdex.com to do so. I am appalled that he even had the audacity after making the threats against ***' life and I really am quite disgusted with this individuals behavior and will likely take some legal action to protect both my company and *** from any further libelous or any slanderous statements at this time So we are perfectly clear, we never worked on the rear axle. The axle was pulled out by the tow company in order to bring the tractor to our shop and there were no repairs or replacement of the gasket required or part of the repair to the drive shaft. We reinstalled the rear axle once the drive shaft repairs were complete, as we do for our clients once the tow company is no longer involved. The rear axle was not leaking when the vehicle left the shop, there were no indications the gasket would be an issue. However, when Mr*** first called we were willing to try and help him out since the parts had taken several days to be delivered to our shop and his truck had been down. Once, his attitude became abusive and the threats were made, as the owner of this company, I have every right to make decisions not extend any further service based on the facts. Jenco Services has no liability or responsibility for the rear axle, as the work we did had no bearing on the rear axle whatsoever, other than reinstalling it after the tow company had removed it. We only offered to help him and meet him as a courtesy until his threats were made and it was obvious there would be no satisfying Mr*** who wanted Jenco Services to repair something basically for free and take responsibility for something we did not charge him for, did not repair or replace as part of the original services provided, but somehow he felt we should take responsibility for all the in labor, time and parts for a new and unrelated repair I hope this makes sense, I take this complaint very seriously and I do not appreciate the *** ommitting facts and steering this to fit their agenda, so it is personal for me and when Mr*** threatened ***, he crossed a line that can not be uncrossed. Neither myself nor *** felt comfortable with these menacing actions and I hope you can certainly appreciate my position in the matter. Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond. If you need a copy of our original invoice showing the work we did actually perform showing that there were no charges or parts for the rear axle that would make us responsible for any new leak,I would be happy to provide itSiince I never received any photos, I can not confirm at this point what the complaint was referring to and the *** were given an opportunity, even after their behavior and threats, to receive further service from Jenco Services, which they declined.*** ***

Review: This complaint is against Jenco Services 24hr truck repair. On Friday, November 20, 2015, services were performed on my tractor trailer truck. However, after 48 hours, one of the parts, which is the rear axle gasket seal was discoveredand causing a leak. Jenco Services was contacted regarding the leak. After an exchange of words in attempt tohave the service corrected. I was informed that Jenco would not travel to the location wherethe truck is located (Richmond, VA) to correct the repair. Jenco point of contact [redacted] offered to meet me at a designated location to offer the repair. However, this was unacceptable by me ([redacted]) because of the distance to travel to the repair location. I did not trust driving the truck to that location because of the leak and not sure if the truck will be able to arrive at that designation. Also, I informed Jenco the additional cost of fuel was not acceptable after Jenco had the truck in service for one whole week. I just spent over $2,000.00 for Jenco to repairmy truck. There were unkind words exchanged because of the lack of customer service I received. I think this is a lack of customer service, especially, if money was paid for satisfactory service. Jenco Truck Service did not find it feasible to drive to Richmond, VA but it is okay for me to travel to Fredricksburg, VA for another repair. One of their excuses is that the leak did not occur after the repair. Of course the leak will not occur until after the truck is being driven for a few miles. Jenco Truck service man, [redacted], initially was going to come to Richmond,VA to repairWhy should I attempt driving the truck and the truck becomes inoperable to the meeting location? In my opinion, this is unacceptable form of customer service. Especially, if the customer spendsthis amount of money for service. Meeting a customer half way to complete a repair is not good customer service. But, it was okay for Jenco Truck Service to accept my money but having stipulations on their business practiceDesired Settlement: Reimbursements for repairs that have to be corrected. I will provide a copy of the itemized bill for services performed.
