We contacted customer by phone and followed up by sending her a prepaid ship label if she wishes to send it to us for refund She had also just been contacted by Pet Supermarket who told her she could return to them for refund She said she most likely will return it to them

looked us up and found our phone number on our website, with a google search,
with a yellow page search
and our phone number is also on the product’s Use
& Care manual
You stated you are having trouble with your product and that
you purchased the product via EBayAre you sure the person you purchased it
from actually sent you a new unit? I am very concerned they sent you an old
and/or used unitLovely how the EBay person is declining to assist you yet
they are the ones who have your money
