We contacted customer by
phone and followed up by sending her a prepaid ship label if she wishes to send
it to us for refund.  She had also just been contacted
by Pet Supermarket who told her she could return to them for refund.  She
said she most likely will return it to...

them.

We should have a receipt in order to process a refund however since this was promised when customer first contacted us, I will send it through. The check should be received in approximately 2-3 weeks.  Julianne [redacted]     [redacted]...

The hair dryer Ms. [redacted] purchased did not come with a diffuser when purchased. Item #[redacted] is also now discontinued, so we have no inventory to replace hers with had had it originally come with a diffuser. I have included a link to [redacted] showing what the hair dryer came with:...

I emailed the following message to this customer: I received your Revdex.com complaint today. I am not sure why you
are having troubles contacting us and there is no trickery going on. I just
looked us up and found our phone number on our website, with a google search,
with a yellow page search...

and our phone number is also on the product’s Use
& Care manual.
 
You stated you are having trouble with your product and that
you purchased the product via EBay. Are you sure the person you purchased it
from actually sent you a new unit? I am very concerned they sent you an old
and/or used unit. Lovely how the EBay person is declining to assist you yet
they are the ones who have your money.
 
I will have one of my team contact you. Please have your
purchase receipt and product handy we will need to gather  information from both of these to resolve this
matter.
