The Fedex case number from when we requested that the package be destroyed in transit is: [redacted] (while we have the ability to make a request that a package is destroyed in transit, the requests are not guaranteed, and sometimes the packages still arrive)In this instance, while we made the request, the package was still delivered on May -- see attached screenshot (the tracking # is blacked out for privacy)

this statement is a lie, they told me they had the box destroyedWhich I have in writing from Rachael BIf you would like to see the email chain, just let me knowBoth Rachael and Chelsea continue to lie to me regarding this situationSo how was I suppose to believe anything they were telling me? Both provided poor customer service, I have the receipts to prove otherwise, and show neither correctly did their jobCovered up their neglect when handing a poor customer service experienceThey need to correct the situationYes I did receive a refund before they mishandled the situation and did not property handle my orderDoubling the delivery time which is stated all over Jeni's websiteadvertising!! I want what we agreeded upon when I made the purchaseNot for them to go behind company policy and do whatever they feel like and think they are entitled to doThese two woman posses very poor customer serviceWhy are you still continuing to lie about the situation Rachael B [redacted] ? Our customer service team did their best -- in good faith -- to explain the situation to the customerIn the end, not only did the product arrive on time, as promised at checkout, but we gave the customer a full refund for the order, tooWe do everything we can to make our customers happyand
regret that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to do so here
