The Fedex case number from when we requested that the package be destroyed in transit is: [redacted] (while we have the ability to make a request that a package is destroyed in transit, the requests are not guaranteed, and sometimes the packages still arrive). In this instance, while we made the request, the package was still delivered on May 6 -- see attached screenshot (the tracking # is blacked out for privacy).

Our customer service team did their best -- in good faith -- to explain the situation to the customer. In the end, not only did the product arrive on time, as promised at checkout, but we gave the customer a full refund for the order, too. We do everything we can to make our customers happy... and...

this statement is a lie, they told me they had the box destroyed. Which I have in writing from Rachael B. If you would like to see the email chain, just let me know. Both Rachael and Chelsea continue to lie to me regarding this situation. So how was I suppose to believe anything they were telling me? Both provided poor customer service, I have the receipts to prove otherwise, and show neither correctly did their job. Covered up their neglect when handing a poor customer service experience. They need to correct the situation. Yes I did receive a refund before they mishandled the situation and did not property handle my order. Doubling the delivery time which is stated all over Jeni's website. False advertising!! I want what we agreeded upon when I made the purchase. Not for them to go behind company policy and do whatever they feel like and think they are entitled to do. These two woman posses very poor customer service. Why are you still continuing to lie about the situation Rachael B[redacted]? You told me the item was destroyed and I cost the company money and good ice cream. Now you are saying the item was delivered? Get your story straight and don't send out emails stating otherwise. If your goal is to try and prove customers wrong. You are yet again providing horrible customer service.
