I would not reccomend my family or friends to this company for multipule reasons. One is when they placed a bad tire on my car and to "fix it" they moved it to the back and ended up damaging my car longterm. Hey didnt turn off ky car engine light off from multipule appointments and the latest appointment I had, the manager Alex charged us over $100.00 becuase their workers broke a piece off from my car. He did not reason with us and madd us wait 5+ hours after he said it was going to be done. I am very dissapointed with this company. Ergo, I would never come back.

Review: I had the transmission of my 2010 Toyota Sienna van replaced by Jenkins Automotive. In the course of removing the transmission and replacing it the technicians caused other damage to my van. None of the additional damage was reported to me and I did not find out about it until they were discovered later in the process of repairing the damage.

The first damage discovered was a crack in the windshield caused by placing machinery on it. I thought the large crack which developed on my windshield was due to a rock chip, but upon inspection by the glass repair technician, it was discovered that the crack was in a location that could only be reached when the engine compartment is open. When confronted, the Jenkins technician admitted the damage and Mr. Jenkins paid for the windshield.

The second damage was not discovered until the radiator blew. Upon inspection at a different garage, it was discovered that a connector between the radiator and hose had been broken off and a piece of tubing had been inserted, glued and clamped to repair it. The technician said that that was not an original connection and looking at an identical van did prove that it was not. When confronted by this information, I was told by [redacted] (who works the desk) that they would need to see the damage before they would do anything. I told them they were more than welcome to come and check it out, but [redacted] said no. I asked to speak to Mr. Jenkins several times and left my number, but he never returned my calls. It has now been 7 days and still no contact.Desired Settlement: I want Jenkins Automotive to pay for my new radiator.
