We chose to go with Chris for the pricing he gave us but buyer please beware the posts not put in far enough damaged vinayl on houses has not paid to have it fixedHe was asked to do our house with a start date in the begining of Oct it is now January and still not completeCalls go unanswered ive been told now times of completion dates that have never happenedVery unhappy and dissappointed in myself that I went with this companyIt was worth the extra to make sure the job would be done and be done rightDamaged lawns from machines sitting there for monthsI would never recomend this company to anyone ever

Chris took deposit from us (from me and my neighbours) last year october to complete the fence workWork was supposed to be completed by no later than November Everytime, we called him he gave us different dates but nothing was doneThen he stop answering our phone callsFinally on April 18th he informed me that he would return our deposit the next dayWe haven't receive our deposit and now he wouldn't answer our phone callPlease never use Chris for serviceI wish had read other review posted on this site before signing the contract with him and giving him the deposit

I made the mistake hiring Jenkins Contracting to do our fencing and a deck in the back yardThis is by far the biggest mistake I have madeAs the other mentioned, your job will be completed to months after the contract is signed (if you are lucky)His prices seem low compared to other, but you get what you pay formy contract was signed in May and completion of the job was in December
Materials used are of low quality,and numerous calls to him are unanswered regarding thisMost of the posts and deck boards are splitting badly (more than what is expected)He buys the worst lot from big box stores
Furthermore, I upgraded my fence to a iron gate and paid him in fullHe never showed up to install the gate, thankfully I was able to recover some cost of the gate through my credit card company, but not enough to get the job correctedMost off the deck boards are popping out as wellAlthough he promised to fix it, he never shows up and eventually becomes unresponsive,
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM JENKINS CONTRACTING (AJAX ONTARIO) and pay extra and have peace of mind

I gave Jenkins contracting my 15% deposit on my fence and he never showed up to do the job be aware, he stop answering his phone as well.

Calls go unanswered ive been told now 5 times of completion dates that have never happened. Very unhappy and dissappointed in myself that I went with this company. It was worth the extra 300 to make sure the job would be done and be done right. Damaged lawns from machines sitting there for months. I would never recomend this company to anyone ever.
