Review: We purchased $533.83 worth of trees , shrubs and chemicals to ensure their growth on June 10 2014. None of them grew properly and we notified [redacted] twice . They came out to look and both times said that they need more time for results. The trees and shrubs never did grow properly and winter time set in. So we patiently waited all winter to see if they would grow back . This spring we discovered that they were either dead or dying . We planted other products from [redacted] and [redacted] the same time as Jim Jenkins products . All of them grew well except for Jim Jenkins trees and shrubs. We complained about it and the employees and owner at Jim Jenkins Lawn and Garden were very rude and arrogant to us. They said that they have a 6 month warranty when all other nursery's have one year. It is a gimmick because you don't know if their product will survive until the next year . I followed all of the instructions perfectly on what to do when planting the products . I even bought extra products to help ensure they survive. The only reason I'm not pursuing this in court is because there is a court fee and I would have to lose a day's pay which can total upwards of $500.00. I want my money back . [redacted], [redacted] , and even [redacted] would give you the money back no questions asked . We try to support local business's but promise not to do that again for reason's such as these.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I still have all of my receipts also .
