Review: I signed a contract with [redacted] owner of the business for landscaping to be completed the 1st week of July 2013. for the price of $3200.00 half up front and the other half on completions.then signed another contract fo the amount of $500.00 to rebuild steps up to my front porch.Due to my mother being very ill I was not able to be at the house while he was working. I was always in contact with him regarding the work and when I had the chance I would come over and check on things, seemed very honest in the beginning and would take care of the problems I was not happy with. After one long month I made the mistake of paying him in full before I got to check out the work I was not happy with the end job.I was in contact with him and he promised to correct everything mostly contacted thru text message, he would not take my calls.He did make arrangments to meet at my house the 10/8/2013 to go over the work that needed done. As I could not leave work I had my brother [redacted] meet with him with the contract and review the work, he promised to call my brother and meet to complete the work the only think he did was pick up the wheelbarrel he left on the side of my house full of garbage. And as of today 11/03/2013 he will not call me back.These are the thing he did not complete.1. front stone steps need repainted.2.back wall, needs to replace the interlocking stone he took from my neighbors wall to complete my front wall.3.remulch the hill and both sides of house not the thickness per contract washed away with the rain.4.wooden steps need redone gaps and spacing between boards5.street level yard not completed per contract.6. installed wrong shrubs in front of house.7.never planted the last shrub on hill and weeds/ivy coming thru were shurbs that are planted.8. I had to clean up my yard/porch from all the mess he left me.I don,t want him back.Desired Settlement: I do want money to pay for the work to completed next spring.the total I paid him in full was $3700.00 I am asking for a total of $2500.00 to have work completed.Joan Christian
