This is the worst company EVER! My repairs should have taken no more than a week or 2. Needless to say it is 4 months later and the work is not complete. I have read enough horror stories about this company doing shoddy repairs or no repairs at all. I have news for them. They will not receive anymore money until the work is finished and I am satisfied.

During our recent water damage we were in need of restoration company and our insurance recommended several companies along with Jenkins Restoration. I did some research and read few reviews and decided to go with Jenkins. I have to say that this is the most professional company I have ever dealt with.
Our project manager Mr. D W[redacted] was an amazing help throughout the entire process and thanks to him the whole ordeal was a lot easier. All workers were very professional and repairs were completed to our complete satisfaction. During the initial repairs more water damage was discovered and Mr. W[redacted] took care of the issue promptly and it did not add but few more days to the project completion. He also dealt with our insurance company so I did not have to worry about any additional paperwork etc.
Jenkins water remediation team was also professional, courteous and had an amazingly quick response time. I would recommend Jenkins Restoration to anyone who is looking for highly professional company which truly cares about their clients and whos employees perform exceptional work. We truly appreciate the outstanding job performed by Jenkins Company. Thank You!

Horrible. You will have to manage the subcontractors they hire for every individual task and can't manage themselves. They will leave your home filthy and ruin other work that will then need to be redone. You will have to clean your home, and spend hours on the phone ensuring they understand what to do and what not to do. If you want to do all that work, just hire the individual subcontractors yourself and save the markup that Jenkins will charge you. No reason to use this company.
