[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are continuing to lie and misrepresent the facts They were to inform me when walk through's were ready so that I could inspect their workThey never didIn fact, they did such poor work and tried to pas it off as complete that renters refused to move in because the kitchen remained a mess/had been done poorly and was not completeI asked Chris why did he have me inspect the kitchen when it wasn't doneHis response: "we work with third party contractors and I'm not able to get to each site to complete an inspectionI assume the work is complete if the third party contractor says so." He also refused to meet me on other days because HE wouldn't be in the area UnbelievableNot to mention, the dishwasher was put back improperly, jammed into the space (due to improper measurement fittings) which causing the dishwasher water hoses to leak Also, it was obviously installed crooked but yet they did nothingWhen I asked them to correct this, their response: Our work isn't guaranteed because you still owe a co-pay But yet they've been paid over $17,already Again, unbelievable And if they were as reputable as they say, all of this wouldn't have occurred and they certainly wouldn't have responded to my concerns in this dismissive and incompetent way Regards, [redacted] ***

A month later, on March 12, I asked again about the mantle and was told in a response two days later that, "Richard will be out next week to install the mantle." Again, no one showed up and I had to resort to filing a complaint on April

Under no circumstances should anyone ever hire this company to work for them unless you have a year to two to wait As a result of water damage, my insurance company USAA recommended that Jenkins perform the restoration work I accepted the offer in April and by August absolutely nothing had taken place After the insurance company issued a substantial check to Jenkins for the work, the project manager started to display an incredible lack of caring for the project Any attempt to get anything done was met with invalid and stupid excuses as to why it was taking so long By late July of 2016, Jenkins had not done one thing toward physically working on the project I was then informed that it was going to happen in October 2016, more then six months since I had contracted with them This was the final straw and I terminated the contract and the insurance check was cancelled I beg of anyone thinking about hiring Jenkins, please give it second close look and to go with someone else who will actually care about helping you

I am rejecting this response because: they told me the only way they would write me a letter is if my kids and I were not seen n not Hurd for the remainder of my lease if I wanted a good reference for other apartments or to be let out of my lease these words came straight from *** I refuse to let *** or anyone else from this property treat another person as they have me because I am disabled all I have done wrong was complain about the things wrong in my apartment and the partying the breaking of my Windows from other tenants due to management telling everyone I complained on them witch is why things went the way they did with these other tenants now management tells me they are still getting complaints from other tenants witch is ask the tenants yourself I have we all talk and get a Long management doesn't like that and tells tenants they need to watch out for me and not to speak to me as well as their maintenance guy *** who use to work their has my sell phone and stole my sd cards with personal information witch they know about but have done nothing in regards to it so as I stated I want the letters first and a month of free rent for the stuff that was taken from me I'm not moving til my lease is up because I'm not gonna let them push me out I did nothing wrong

April 16, 2014This letter is in response to the letter you sent Jenkins Services LLC, dated April 8, 2015. The ID for the complaint referenced in the letter is [redacted]. Property address is [redacted] in Leesburg, Virginia.
Jenkins Services has contacted the owners of the...

home and a meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2015 to discuss the owner's concerns. Jenkins Services will work with the owners to resolve all of their concerns,Prior to the information provided in the letter that you sent, we were only aware of 1 outstanding item. Completion of that particular item was delayed due to a fabrication delay, that was out of our control and this was communicated to the home owner. We were not aware of the other items listed.
Jenkins Services will work diligently to resolve any issues that the homeowner might have concerning the project. We feel that all issues will be resolved quickly.

I am rejecting this response because:
They are continuing to lie and misrepresent the facts. 
They were to inform me when walk through's were ready so that I could inspect their work. They never did. The work is still not completed and the response from Jenkins Restorations is completely dishonest. The attached included list.pdf is an e-mail from January listing these items. As far as the mantle is concerned, there was no fabrication delay communicated to us. I asked about the status of the mantle on February 9. I received a response on February 12 that Mr. S[redacted] had "given up on the guys who were going to build it for me. We will try and get it built in place next week." A month later, on March 12, I asked again about the mantle and was told in a response two days later that, "Richard will be out next week to install the mantle." Again, no one showed up and I had to resort to filing a complaint on April 7.
