I purchased one of their products in early and I couldn't be happierAfter I made my purchase I, like anyone else went online to see what the company is aboutSeeing the previous review left on here, it leaves me completely shockedThe sales team was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous The product is AMAZING!

I bought a vacuum & an air cleaner from these people, neither product works every time, I have tried calling their number....the credit people told me I had to pay it regardless I would like my money back for the faulty merchandise, I fear they are fire hazards as my issues are with the electrical functions

I called tuesday november 22nd to let them know the power brush to the vacumm cleaner stopped working, and that I had to take it apart a couple times to see what was wrongit kept clogging up in the power brush and fine through out the rest of the hosei was suppose to receive a call back that day and never received onei have called again this morning and left a message for them to call me backthe last time the power brush broke I had to deliver it to them and pay for it to be shipped back to me and I had to pay for it to be fixedthey do not stand behind the warranty, or their customer service I was promised

I canceled their sweeper the day after I got it The contract says to give them days after they pick up their product to return my product it has been days since they picked up their product I have not received my product which is a *** sweeper they are refusing to send it to me I want my sweeper back or a $check either one
