Review: I am writing in regards to the lack of service and the ignorant mentality of Miss Jennifer Cooke. On April 26, 2013 Miss Jennifer Cook was at my home,Townsend Free Will Baptist Church and MOT Senior Center to take Pictures of my wedding. I paid her a total of $800.00 Dollars for her service as she agreed top in her contract. It is now October and I have not received my wedding album. It took her four months and many failed promises for her to give me a USB Flash drive of my wedding pictures. I would text her and contact her via her fb page to ask about when she would be able to have my wedding album done. She would either tell me I'll have it done by the end of the week or there was no response. Finally when I asked her about my album yet again since it is now six months since my wedding, she was very rude, told me she isn't my nr and doesn't take demands. All I ever did was ask her if she had an update on when my album would be done or if it was. If she was a professional as she claims she would not have someone wait her client wait for six months for their wedding album. In her contract she was supposed to have pictures of the family together, she did not take those pictures, nor did she meet with us before the wedding to discuss poses and how we should be for the pictures. Se waited until my wedding day to ask what I wanted pictures of. She was not helpful with taking good poses,knowing this was my first wedding. She was very unprofessional. She got upset because I had to message her personal Facebook page because she would not answer her phone, texts or her Facebook page for er business. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and ignorantly in my life. She called me a bridezilla just because I did ask every month after my wedding when my pictures and album would be done. She also said she would make me wait six months or even a year if she wanted to, which I find very unprofessional for a photographer to do especially when its a brides special important day. Please HelpDesired Settlement: I would rather have a refund on what I have paid for the hassle and unsatisfactory responses from Miss Cooke and still not having my wedding album done. Also because she did not take pictures of the mothers and fathers, and her unprofessionalism
