Review: First off I hate to have to do this to a company that I love so much, but im a bit frustrated and I feel like this may be my only option to get a quick response on this matter.I bought a bracelet the end of April that I had seen and absolutely fell in love with. I ordered it and it came in, all beautiful and its looked great on my wrist.However this weekend I was looking at the bracelet and it is completely tarnished. Its unwearable which really bothers me because I love the bracelet! Not only that, this was not a cheap pieces. It was in the $400 range and for this price I should have a quality piece.That at least wont turn to the point of no wearability. I have jewelry from ETSY that cost me $8 that hasn't changed in color and still looks wonderful! So I cant rationalize on how this could be with this specific bracelet.I sent an email to the company today and basically said if I wore it while working out, putting on lotion perfume, etc it would tarnish because its costume jewelry.My only guess is that in the summer months in NY , maybe sweat has eventually had it turn colors, but that only means that the bracelet is good for it to sit in my jewelry case at home then. No sense in buying something this expensive for that purpose.Id really love to either a, get a refund on this, b- have it replaced with one that this wont occur on. Since I didnt buy this off the website rather an over the phone call pre-order I cant point you to an e-commerce address, but anything of this quality should clearly state, dont wear if you plan to sweat, wash you hands, etc because it will tarnish in a couple of weeks.I currently have a few pieces I pre-ordered off another site by this brand and am now worried its all the same poor quality and ill have to return it for the same reason.Desired Settlement: 1- Id like a refund for this since I cant wear this anymore.2- Id like mine properly coated so it doesnt tarnish any further in the future, as id love to wear the jewelry.Either way please dont hate me for this because I do want to continue being a customer of the company.

We responded to the complainant's email stating to send the piece back to showroom so we may have a closer look at it. When we did not hear back from her letting us know if she was planning on sending it back, we followed up with her to see if she was going to. She informed us that she did not wish pay for return shipping and we happily sent a return shipping label. Upon receiving the item in mail, we sent a new piece back that day.
