not be free, as I have already lost $3.50. This offer would merely provide me a service for which I have already paid. In addition, I do not care to visit this establishment any further for the reasons previously listed in my complaint. The response to the machines working properly cannot be confirmed in reference to the aforementioned losses, as this occurred at various times in the past. Mr. A. was made aware of this and promise of reimbursement was made (by Mr. A.). There is no way he can confirm the machines were working properly at these times. Mr. A. should understand that I would not go to this extent over $3.50, if it were not a legitimate claim. This is a matter of principle.

Machines are working fine. I will get her a free wash but not give her cash back.
