I placed an order online with this company on 5/13/14. They charged my account on 5/15/14 ($24.80). I have emailed and left voicemails numerous times regarding the status of my order. I have not received a single call back or response to any of my emails or voicemails. My last email sent on 5/27/14 to [redacted]@aol.com, I requested a full refund due to lack of response from this company. There was a phone call that did go through the end of May and she said that she was backed up due to being in the hospital and then having her wedding coming up but promised that she would have all the orders out by the following Tuesday (June 2nd). I am disappointed as this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister.
