Consumer states that the business has failed to follow through with the agreement in their response. Business informed consumer that the circuit board required  to repair the unit was no longer available. Consumer contacted local business([redacted]) and business confirmed circuit board for the unit was available. With that said, consumer has offered business to either repair the unit correctly at their cost, as the services have already been paid for, or consumer is willing to settle the matter for $200 even though he no longer has a working microwave. Business has yet to respond to consumer regarding the proposal. Consumer believes the business has not made a reasonable effort to resolve the situation.

In Regards To the Service Call Charge : if you will Look into your invoice you will find that You NEVER PAID FOR THE SERVICE CALL As a Service Call the Technician Wrote it Down But Never Calculated Into your Arrival Fee Field. He Did an Honest Mistake and Put the $49 As a Mistake into your Parts Total Balance. The Total Repair Balance Should look Like that - Labor, Installation, Adjustment, Maintain Service Charges $180 + $175 = $355 Total Parts - 89.99 + 125 + 95 = 309.99 * Sales Tax = 334.78 Total Of $689.78 For The Oven And Microwave Repair Our Technician Did Gave you A Major Senior Discount of %15 Off And of Course We will Honor That Discount Again and The Total Amount of $689.78 will Be reduced to Total of $586.30 What Leave us with a Balance of $634.95 - $586.32 = Total of $49 . That We will like to send over as A check To the Service Location Order Written To the order of Customer Name On Top of The Return We will like to come back and fix The Appliance that Stopped Working After 8 Days As you Mentioned.
