Review: I am a single, disabled mom on a limited income so I frequently shop discount sites like [redacted].com. I ordered a Jennifer Taylor Home product described as "Summertime Image by Charlie Duvet and Sham Set". The accompaning picture showed a bed made with a full duvet, NOT a duvet cover only. Imagine my surprise when the package arrived with the two shams and just a duvet cover. I called Jennifer Taylor customer service, only to be rudely told off that 'everyone knows advertisements for a duvet are really just for the cover only'. I called [redacted] customer service, who was very sympathetic, and in a matter of a few minutes a supervisor agreed that the Jennifer Taylor product description and picture were misleading. I can't really return the product because I already started buying curtains and things for my room to coordinate with this particular bedding and it seems unlikely I'll find another bedsing set to go with the changes I've already made. Jennifer Taylor Home owes me an apology for 1)swindling me out of money with deliberately false advertising and 2) their customer service rep blatantly lying to me that duvet doesn't actually mean duvet. It would be great if they contributed some money towards my eventual duvet purchase, because as of now I have no idea when I will be able to afford to buy one. I'm never spending money with Jennifer Taylor Home again, I will tell everyone I know not to waste money with them, and I encourage [redacted] to stop carrying Jennifer Taylor Home events. Jennifer Taylor should certainly have to use honest advertising from here on out.Desired Settlement: 1) An apology for their company deliberately misleading myself and other [redacted].com customers both in the product descriptions and pictures2) An apology for the Jennifer Taylor Home customer service rep I spoke to on March 27th at 7:51 pm EST who was incredibly rude and flat out lied to me that 'everyone knows advertisements a duvet are really just for the cover only'.3) I can't retuen the set because I had already started making over my room to match it. But how about some $ for a duvet?
