( The business and the employee admitted to breaking something on my vehicle while it was in their care for a simple oil change. Their complete disregard for someone's property and unwillingness to replace/repair due to their negligence and assume the cost as they did break it, is not only disappointing but it is POOR SERVICE, irresponsible, and not acceptable. It is common courtesy and the RIGHT thing to do to fix something of someone's when you break it! ]

This complaint for Jennings Car Center is not resolvedI don't recall being asked for feedback but here it is...they have still not repaired what they damagedNeed action to resolve and business should repair what they broke on my car

On July 21, we preformed an oil service on Ms***'s *** *** ***As with all vehicles we service, we put the drivers window downWe have experienced automatic door locks locking us out vehicles in the past, which is why we now put the drivers window down firstOnce we have completed our services, we then close to the drivers windowMs***'s electric window did not work ( would not go back up)When Ms*** arrived to pick up her vehicle, we asked if she knew her driver's window had a issueShe claimed she did notAlthough my employee apologized for her situation, he was absolutely not responsible for itHe was simply being respectful and courteous, and he was able to bypass the switch and close the windowThe opening and closing of a window is procedure , and it is my belief the window switch failed under wearThe vehicle is, after all, six years old with 76, miles on itMs*** came to us a second timeShe "forgot" about her window issue and rolled it down but could not get back upThe same employee bypassed the switch for her once againfree of chargeit wasn't until after her second visit, she decided to call me with a complaintBecause I care about customer satisfaction and my company's well known reputation, I did offer to split the charges with Ms*** ( if she chose to have the switched fixed)I thought my offer was more than fair, but she refused
